Drockerhof Farm offers a peaceful holiday for guests seeking relaxation

Prices are given per day; shorter stays may attract a small supplement.

• 6 – 12 YEARS 30%

The price includes:
Bedding and towels (changed weekly), end-of-stay cleaning (but please ensure the apartment is left clean and tidy), wireless LAN, allocated parking space.

• Breakfast in the farmhouse
• Sandwiches on request
• Jacuzzi, sauna and infrared cabin
• Laundry service
• Ski and summer buses, with a bus stop just 50 meters away from the farmyard
• Ski boot dryer
• Electric charging station

Conditions:
• All ccom is smoke-free; please only smoke outdoors!
• Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
• Accommodation is available for check-in from 3 p.m.
   If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance.
   When checking out, please leave the apartment by no later than 10 a.m.
• Reservations are confirmed on payment of a deposit of € 200.00. - 300,00
   Please note that the deposit will be retained in case of cancellation.
• We must highlight that a local tourism tax will be payable at all businesses offering accommodation in South Tyrol
    from January 1 2014
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the apartment.

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
• There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions.
• Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge.
Only the deposit is retained.
• Cancellations made by guests on or after the 30 day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
• Cancellations made up to 15 days before set arrival date: 50% of agreed total price.
• Cancellations made after 15 days before set arrival date: 90% of agreed total price.
• In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
• Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
